Black Cod Muscadet Recipe

| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Yellow onion | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Chopped thyme/1/2 teaspoon dried | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Muscadet | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Grapes | 4 Ounce, halved | |
| Ground white pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |

Directions
In a heavy frying pan, melt butter over low heat.
Add whole onion slices with thyme and cook slowly, until onions are soft.
Turn them with a spatula, cook for 3 minutes.
Increase heat to medium, add wine, and cook for 5 minutes.
Slide in cod, cook for 3 minutes (fillets) or 4 to 6 minutes (steaks), turn.
Add grapes and pepper, simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
