| Ground cumin | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Romaine lettuce leaves | 4 | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 , seeded, thinly sliced | |
| Onion | 1 , thinly sliced |
Directions
1.
Place the beans, chili powder, and cumin in a food processor or blender and puree.

Spread the bean puree on 4 of the roll halves.
3.
Top with the romaine lettuce, red pepper rings, tomato and onion slices, and remaining roll halves.
