Black Bean Dip Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups home-cooked or canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
1.Place the beans, chili powder, cumin, red onion, and garlic in a food processor or blender and puree.
Variation Substitute 1 tablespoon orange juice and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar for the chili powder and cumin.
