15 oz Can Black Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
4 eggs
1.5 cups Splenda
3 Tbs Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking powder
2 Tbs Oil
1 Tbl Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Dry Nonfat Milk
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Cup Ricotta Cheese
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
Directions
Pre-Heat over to 350
Combine 2 Eggs and Beans in a blender till Smooth
In a mixing Bowl, Combine all other ingredients with Egg and Bean Mixture
Pour in to a lightly greased 8x8 Baking Dish
and Bake 30-40 Minutes (until a toothpick stuck in middle comes out clean)
Let cool, and Cover and Refridgerate left-overs
Combine 2 Eggs and Beans in a blender till Smooth
In a mixing Bowl, Combine all other ingredients with Egg and Bean Mixture
