 Eggs4
 Splenda1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Cocoa powder3 Tablespoon
 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Vanilla extract1 Tablespoon
 Dry nonfat milk1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Baking soda1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Ricotta cheese1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Nuts1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped

Directions

Pre-Heat over to 350
Combine 2 Eggs and Beans in a blender till Smooth
In a mixing Bowl, Combine all other ingredients with Egg and Bean Mixture
Pour in to a lightly greased 8x8 Baking Dish
and Bake 30-40 Minutes (until a toothpick stuck in middle comes out clean)
Let cool, and Cover and Refridgerate left-overs
