Black Walnut Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Walnut oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Black walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |

Directions
Put the mustard, salt, pepper, and vinegar in a small bowl.
Whisk to mix.
Add the oils gradually while whisking.
