Black Walnut Chocolate Cookies Recipe
|All purpose flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar replacement||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Granulated fructose||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Black walnuts||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking unsweetened chocolate||2 Ounce, melted and cooled|
|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Black walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|

Add egg and beat well.
Beat in vanilla, black-walnut flavoring, and baking chocolate.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to creamed mixture, mixing well.
Stir in black walnuts.
Divide dough in half.
Shape each half into an 8 in. (20 cm) roll.
Wrap in wax paper, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Cut each roll into 30 slices, Place slices on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheets, and place on racks.
