Black Russian Eggnog Recipe

Ingredients
2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup light cream
1/4 cup coffee liqueur
2 tablespoons bourbon or vodka
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
Directions
In saucepan mix all ingredients.
Cook and stir 10 minutes or till mixture coats metal spoon.
Pour into 6 cups.
Sprinkle with ground coriander, if desired.
