Black Olive Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Black olives | 225 Gram, pitted | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Pinch of dried red chilli flakes | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon tinned capers, drained and rinsed | ||
| Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth - unless you prefer to leave it slightly chunky.
