Ingredients

 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Pork cubes1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
 Onions2 Medium, coarsely chopped
 Chili powder1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
 Tomatoes1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 Large Can)
 Dried black mushrooms4 , soaked in water, wine or beer for 10 minutes
 Carrot1 , grated
 Molasses2 Tablespoon
 Beer375 Milliliter (1/2 Bottle)
 Chopped fresh cilantro1 Bunch (100 gm)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Fresh corn on the cob1
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Chopped green onion1 Tablespoon
 Bourbon1 Ounce

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large saucepan heat the oil and brown the meat.
2. Put in the chopped onions and the rest of the ingredients leaving the cilantro, salt and green onion until the last 3-4 minutes of cooking.
3. If the chilli is too hot smooth it out with some chopped lettuce leaves.
SERVING
4. Serve with guacamole, sour cream, grated cheese and taco chips.
