Black Grape Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 1/4 cups fresh black grapes
 
1/2 cup water
 
2 tsp cornflour
 
4 tsp sugar
 
1 tsp salted butter

Directions

Puree the grapes with water in a blender.
Mix cornflour with 1/4 cup puree.
Put the rest of the puree with sugar to boil.
Add the dissolved cornflour, stirring continuously.
Cook for 5-6 minutes till a glossy sauce which coats the spoon, is ready.
Add butter.
Mix well.
Remove from fire.
