Cumin Flavored Black Grape Juice Recipe
Ingredients
| Grapes | 1 Kilogram | |
| Sugar | 1 Kilogram | |
| Citric acid, 8 to 10 gms.(1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons) | ||
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red colour, few drops if desired | ||
Directions
Remove stems from grapes and wash them thoroughly.
Liquidise grapes so that the skin and seeds are separated.
Strain juice; add some water to the residue and liquidise it again; strain this and mix it with the strained juice.
Add sugar and citric acid to the juice; warm slightly till sugar is dissolved.
Strain the juice again.
Add colour and essence when the juice is slightly cold.
Chill.
