 Sweetened condensed milk400 Gram (1 Milkmaid Tin)
 Butter125 Gram (Nestle)
 Maida2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Baking soda1 Teaspoon
 Cocoa4 Tablespoon (Heaped)
 Aerated cola drink1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
 Tinned cherries4 Ounce (1 Small Tin)
 Cream1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Icing sugar1 Tablespoon
 Powdered sugar2 Tablespoon
 Milk chocolate1 , grated (Nestle Classic)


1)Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
2)Take a baking tin and lightly grease and sprinkle maida.
3)In a bowl, sift maida with baking powder, baking soda and cocoa.

4)Heat a pan and melt Nestle Butter.
5)Remove from heat and let it cool.
6)Pour in Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir.
7)Add maida to the Milkmaid-butter mixture, alternating with cola till the end.
8)Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

9)Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
10)Slice the cake horizontally in two.
11)Drain the cherries and destone them.
12)Pour cherry syrup and soak both the cake halves.
13)Using a hand blender, whip cream and sugar till light and fluffy.
14)Spread whipped cream and chopped cherries over the cake halves and sandwich them together.
15)Spread cream on top and place cherries on top.
16)Generously dust grated chocolates over it.

17)Make slices and serve chilled.
