 Ground meat2 Pound
 Yellow onion1 Large, chopped
 Jalapeno1 Can (10oz)
 Cream of chicken soup1 Can (10oz)
 Cream and mushroom soup1 Can (10oz)
 Hot Sauce1 Can (10oz)
 1 tsp. garlic powder or 2 to 3 minced cloves
 Tortilla chips1 Bag (1kg), divided
 Cheddar Cheese3 Cup (16 tbs), divided

Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef.
Add onion, black-eyed peas, undiluted soups, enchilada sauce and garlic; stir.
Grease 2 casseroles; layer 1/4 of chips on bottom of each casserole.
Top with 1/4 of meat mixture and 1/4 of cheese.
Repeat layering procedure.
Bake in preheated 350° oven 35 minutes.
