Black Eyed Pea Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Ham | 1 1/2 Pound, chopped | |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 can enchilada sauce | ||
| 1 can black-eyed peas with jalapenos | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Corn tortillas package | 1 | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Brown meat and drain.
Mix in all other ingredients.
Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Line with corn tortillas.
Layer 1/2 of meat mixture, 1/2 of cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool for a little while for easier cutting.
