Black Cherry Upside Down Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tsp liquid fructose | ||
| 2 cup Flavorlandfrozen dark cherries, thawed | ||
| Pecans | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 8 oz. Featherlight sugar-free chocolate cake mix | ||
Directions
Melt margarine in an 8 in. (20 cm) round cake pan or skillet.
Add liquid fructose and stir until mixed.
Add cherries and pecans.
Prepare cake mix as directed oh package.
Pour batter over cherries.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until tester inserted in middle comes out clean.
Turn cake over onto a dessert tray or platter.
