Black Cherry Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Pie filling | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cherry package | 1 | |
| Boiling water | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), crushed | |
| Philadelphia cream cheese package | 1 | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Pint | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add pie filling and pineapple to mixture.
Pour into 2 quart flat Pyrex bowl.
Chill until firm.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla.
Spread over congealed salad.
Top with chopped nuts.
