Black Bean Salad Recipe Video

Black Bean Salad - This black bean salad is super yummy!!! The first time I made it, I fell in love with it because of its simplicity and nutritious values. It is high in fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. Black beans are more nutritious compared to other types of beans and they are low in fat as well. This recipe is awesome to bring to a potluck or party. AND people will be filled up in the stomach for a while as well due to the high fiber and protein content in the beans. I hope that you will enjoy this healthy recipe as much as I do.
