 1 cup Spicy Black Beans with liquid, drained
 Zucchini1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1/4 cup drained canned whole-kernel corn
 Red bell pepper2 Tablespoon, chopped
 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
 Cilantro1 Tablespoon, minced
 White balsamic vinegar2 Tablespoon
 1 teaspoon seeded minced jalapeno pepper
 Garlic1 Teaspoon, minced
 Olive oil1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 2 curly leaf lettuce leaves

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine zucchini, black beans, corn, bell pepper, green onions, garlic, oilve oil, cilantro, vinegar, salt and pepper and jalapeno and toss it all well
2. Cover the bowl and chill for a couple of hours

SERVING
3. Line the plate with lettuce, spread the salad and serve
