Black Bean Double Hot Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Black bean soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 1 soup can water | ||
| Hot cherry peppers | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice | ||
| 1/4 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips | ||
| Lime slices | ||
Directions
In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Stir in soup; gradually blend in water.
Add peppers and lemon or lime juice.
Heat; stir now and then.
Just before serving, stir in tortilla chips.
Garnish with lime slices.
