Ingredients

 Onion1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Black bean soup1 Can (10oz), condensed
 1 soup can water
 Hot cherry peppers2 Teaspoon, chopped
 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
 1/4 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
 Lime slices

Directions

In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Stir in soup; gradually blend in water.
Add peppers and lemon or lime juice.
Heat; stir now and then.
Just before serving, stir in tortilla chips.
Garnish with lime slices.
