Ingredients

 
2 15-oz cans (900 g) low-sodium black beans, drained
 
1 cup (240 ml) diced white onion
 
1 tbs (15 ml) garlic, chopped
 
1 tbs (15 ml) chili powder
 
1/4 tsp (1 ml) white pepper
 
1 tbs (15 ml) cumin water
 
2 cups (480 ml) nonfat yogurt, plain
 
4 tbs (60 ml) Fresh Marjoram, chopped
 
3 cups (720 ml) jicama sticks
 
2 1/2 cups (590 ml) celery sticks
 
2 1/2 cups (590 ml) carrot sticks

Directions

Place beans, onion, garlic, chili powder, white pepper and cumin into a food processor and process until smooth, adding water until desired consistency is reached.
Remove to a bowl and fold in the yogurt and marjoram.
