Creole Black Bean Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Black beans | 2 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| Finely chopped jalapeno | 4 Tablespoon, canned | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Creole seasoning | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped |
Directions
Place in blender beans, peppers, vinegar, chili wder, seasoning and cumin.
Blend until ooth.
