Healthy Black Bean Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked black beans | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| 4 teaspoons low sodium tomato paste | ||
| Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Lime juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 green onions, chopped fine | ||
| 2 tablespoons chopped mild green chilies | ||
Directions
In a food processor or electric blender, place the black beans, tomato paste, water, garlic, lime juice, and cumin and whirl for 1 minute or until the mixture forms a smooth paste.
Transfer to a medium size serving bowl and stir in the green onions and green chilies.
