| Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon, grounded | ||
| Tortilla chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Iceberg lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Additional salsa, for garnish | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven at 300 degrees for 3 minutes.
MAKING
2) Take a saucepan and add the black beans along with the liquid. Add tomato sauce, green pepper, garlic, onion, chili powder, salsa and cumin.
3) Bring the mixture to boil and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
4) Take the baking sheet and put the tortilla chips. Warm the chips in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
SERVING
5) Put the tortilla chips into 4 different bowls. Add the chili over the chips.
6) Garnish the dish with sour cream, cheddar cheese, lettuce and salsa.
