 Black beans2 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed
 Corn kernels1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
 Plum tomatoes2 , diced
 Red onion1/2 , minced
 Serrano pepper1 To taste, minced
 Cilantro1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), minced
 Juice of 2 limes
 Balsamic vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Cumin1 Teaspoon
 Hot pepper sauce2 Teaspoon
 Creole seasoning1 Teaspoon

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Allow to marinate at least one hour before serving.
