A great salad recipe for a cookout or picnic. This is a healthy salad that can be made ahead and refrigerated. If the chipotle chili powder is too spicy for your taste, substitute regular chili powder or reduce the amount of the chipotle chili powder.

Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, lime juice, olive oil, chipotle chili powder, salt and grounded pepper.
2. Whisk the ingredients together to form a dressing.

MAKING
3. In a large bowl mix beans, corn, tomato, onion and cilantro.
4. Drizzle the dressing over black beans mixture. Toss well to coat.
