| Chipotle chili powder | 1 Tablespoon | |

| Cilantro | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (reserve 1 tablespoon for dressing) |

Directions
1. In a bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, lime juice, olive oil, chipotle chili powder, salt and grounded pepper.
2. Whisk the ingredients together to form a dressing.
MAKING
3. In a large bowl mix beans, corn, tomato, onion and cilantro.
4. Drizzle the dressing over black beans mixture. Toss well to coat.
SERVING
5. Garnish salad with cilantro and serve.
