Bittersweet Chocolate Frosting Recipe
Bittersweet chocolate frosting is made with unsweetned chocolate and flavored with vanilla for a rich taste, spread this over chocolate cake or cupcakes and watch them dissapear in a jiffy.
Ingredients
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup hot milk
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Put all ingredients into the Osterizer container.
Cover and process at BLEND until completely smooth.
If frosting is too thick, add a small amount of cream.
