Bittersweet Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp flour
1 1/2 cup nonfat milk
2 tsp margarine or butter (optional)
3 pkts. Concentrated acesulfame-K
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine the cocoa and flour in the top of a double boiler.
Add the milk slowly, stirring until the mixture is free of lumps.
Cook over boiling water stirring until the mixture is thick and smooth.
Remove from the heat and stir in the margarine or butter.
Let cool for 15 minutes.
Add the acesulfame-K and vanilla extract.
Stir.
