Bitter Gourd Sabji Recipe
Ingredients
| Bitter gourd | 500 Gram | |
| Gram flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic, 4 to 6 cloves (optional) | ||
| Onion | 2 , grated | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin coriander powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ani seeds, 1 tablespoon | ||
| Lemon juice & salt to taste | ||
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine flour, onion, garlic, ani seeds and spices and grind to a fine paste.
Add amachur powder.
Scrape bitter gourd and cut into round slices.
Cook in salted boiling water till they are cooked.
Drain and press slightly to remove excess water.
Combine bitter gourd and ground masala.
Heat oil in a flat bottom pan and fry bitter gourd.
When they are brown at the bottom, turn and brown the other side.
Sprinkle lemon juice before serving.
