 Bitter gourd500 Gram
 Gram flour2 Tablespoon
 Garlic, 4 to 6 cloves (optional)
 Onion2 , grated
 Chilli powder1 Teaspoon
 Turmeric powder3/4 Teaspoon
 Cumin coriander powder2 Tablespoon
 Ani seeds, 1 tablespoon
 Lemon juice & salt to taste
 Oil3 Tablespoon

Directions

Combine flour, onion, garlic, ani seeds and spices and grind to a fine paste.
Add amachur powder.
Scrape bitter gourd and cut into round slices.
Cook in salted boiling water till they are cooked.
Drain and press slightly to remove excess water.
Combine bitter gourd and ground masala.
Heat oil in a flat bottom pan and fry bitter gourd.
When they are brown at the bottom, turn and brown the other side.
Sprinkle lemon juice before serving.
