Ingredients

 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Striploin steaks 4-8 oz. each
 Mushrooms12 , sliced
 Green onions, chopped 2
 Consomme 4 oz.
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 Melted butter2 Tablespoon
 Red wine4 Ounce
 Heavy cream4 Ounce
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Pinch
 Nutmeg Pinch

Directions

Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook steaks for 5 minutes on each side.
Remove and keep warm.
Add mushrooms and green onions to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add consomme, bring to a boil, and let reduce for 3-5 minutes.
Mix flour and butter together, whisk into sauce, then cook for 1 minute still stirring constantly.
Whisk in the wine, cream, parsley and seasonings.
Cook for 3 minutes, then pour over the steaks and serve.
