Ingredients

 Olive oil4 Tablespoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Sage1 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1 Teaspoon
 Oregano1 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 T-bone or striploin steaks 4-12 oz. each.
 Juice of 2 lemons
 Lemon wedges4
 Spinach, cooked and drained 1 lb.

Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients and marinate steaks for at least 2 hours.
Grill over white hot coals for 6 minutes each side, basting with lemon juice.
Serve with lemon wedges and buttered spinach.
