Bistecca Alla Fiorentina Recipe

| T-bone or striploin steaks 4-12 oz. each. | ||
| Juice of 2 lemons | ||
| Lemon wedges | 4 | |
| Spinach, cooked and drained 1 lb. | ||
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients and marinate steaks for at least 2 hours.
Grill over white hot coals for 6 minutes each side, basting with lemon juice.
Serve with lemon wedges and buttered spinach.
