Easy Cheese Pizza
 
Original Bisquick® mix - 1 1/2 cups
 
Very hot water - 1/3 cup
 
Pizza sauce - 1 can (8 ounces)
 
Pepperoni - 1 package (3 1/2 ounces), sliced
 
Fresh mushroom - 1/2 cup, sliced
 
Bell pepper - 1/2 cup, chopped
 
Mozzarella cheese - 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces), shredded
 
Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza
 
Original Bisquick® mix - 3 cups
 
Very hot water - 2/3 cup
 
Olive or vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
 
Pepperoni - 3/4 cup, diced
 
Colby-Monterey Jack string cheese (from 10-oz package) - 4 sticks, cut in half lengthwise
 
Pizza sauce - 1 can (8 ounce)
 
Italian cheese blend - 2 cups (8 ounce), shredded
 
Fresh mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced
 
Small green bell pepper - 1, chopped (1/2 cup)
 
Ripe olives - 1 can (2.25 ounce) sliced, drained

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 450ºF.
2. Grease 12-inch pizza pan.

MAKING
3. In a bowl, take Bisquick mix and add very hot water. Stir it 20 times until soft dough forms.
4. Press dough in pizza pan.
5. Spread tomato or pesto sauce all over the crust.
6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over it.
7. Top it with cut vegetables of your choice.
8. Bake it in an oven at 450ºF for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

SERVING
9. Serve it sliced with a sauce of your choice.

Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 450ºF.
2. Grease 12-inch pizza pan.

MAKING
3. In a bowl, take Bisquick mix and add very hot water. Stir it 20 times until soft dough forms.
4. Press dough in pizza pan and while doing so leave an extra inch over the edges to prepare a stuffed crust.
5. Lay pepperoni on the inside, just along the edge.
6. Cover with string cheese which has been sliced in half.
7. Fold it over and press down on the dough so that the cheese and pepperoni is nicely tucked in.
8. Bake it in an oven at 450ºF for seven minutes so that it is par baked.
9. Spread tomato or pesto sauce over it.
10. Top it with cheese.
11. Top it with bell pepper, mushrooms, pepperoni and olives or any other vegetables of your choice.
12. Bake it in an oven at 450ºF for 9 to 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.

SERVING
9. Serve it sliced with a sauce of your choice.
