 125 ml diagonally sliced celery
 Chervil1 Milliliter, crushed
 Butter/Margarine30 Milliliter
 Cheddar Cheese1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Cream of chicken soup1 Can (10oz), condensed
 1 1/2 soup cans milk
 Sherry50 Milliliter
 Crab package2 , drained
 Water chestnuts75 Milliliter, sliced

Directions

In saucepan, cook celery with chervil in butter until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat, stir occasionally.
Lobster: Substitute 375 Ml cubed cooked lobster for crab.
