Directions
GETTING READY
1) Pierce 6 cloves each into each of the two oranges.
2) Preheat the oven at medium temperature.
3) Bake theh oranges till their skins brown.
MAKING
4) Slice the oranges into quarters.
5) Place the orange quarters in a porcelain pan.
6) Add the angostura bitters over the oranges in the pan.
7) Add in sugar and port.
8) Heat up the pan. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
SERVING
9) Serve Bishop's Punch in long-stemmed glasses.
10) Sprinkle grated nutmeg on top.
