Directions

Roll out the biscuit dough; cut into sticks 1/2 inch high by 1/2 inch wide by 3 inches long.
Sprinkle the sticks with salt.
Melt the fat in a medium size skillet; season it with the garlic clove.
Leave the clove in until you smell it in the fat, then remove it.
Drop the sticks, a few at a time, into the hot fat; brown them lightly.
These are best served and eaten warm
