Biscuit Tortoni Recipe
Ingredients
| Vanilla wafers | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup cut-up candied red cherries | ||
| Almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 1 Quart | |
| Red and green candied cherries | ||
| 8 clusters seedless green grapes | ||
Directions
Line 8 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Mix cookie crumbs, cut-up cherries and almonds.
Slightly soften ice cream; fold in crumb mixture.
Divide icecream mixture among paper-lined muffin cups.
Arrange red cherry half and slices of green cherry on each to resemble a flower.
Freeze until firm.
At serving time, place cups and clusters of seedless green grapes on tiered server.
