Iced Biscuit Tortoni Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup vanilla wafer or macaroon cookie crumbs | ||
| 1/4 cup cut-up red candied cherries | ||
| Almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 quart vanilla ice cream, slightly softened | ||
| Red and green candied cherries | ||
Directions
Line 8 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Mix cookie crumbs, cut-up cherries and almonds.
Fold into ice cream.
Divide ice-cream mixture among paper-lined muffin cups.
Arrange red cherry half and slices of green cherry on each to resemble a flower.
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
