1/4 cup vanilla wafer or macaroon cookie crumbs
1/4 cup cut-up red candied cherries
1/2 cup chopped salted almonds
1 quart vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

Directions
Line 8 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Mix cookie crumbs, cut-up cherries and almonds.
Fold into ice cream.
