Ingredients

 Flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Baking powder2 Teaspoon
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Celery seed1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Shortening1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Poppy seed1 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine the first 6 ingredients and cut in the shortening.
Stir in the milk.
Drop by spoonfuls onto beef mixture and sprinkle with poppy seed.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
