Hi veg foodie! I'm sorry, here it is nearly 3 weeks later and I just found your post. Please forgive me. Thank you for your very kind comments. I really appreciate it! This recipe is almost too easy to make. I eat these faster than I can fry them up. Something addictive about these fried biscuits. :-) I hope you like them. Thank you again for posting ;-)

These biscuit doughnuts seem to be truly scrumptious ! They make a hard-to-stop snack. In such a case, I think, from the health point of view, the baked version of the recipe are preferable to the fried version.

Hi aparna.priya! How are you? For this particular recipe using biscuits, frying is the best way to achieve a doughnut like texture. I'll see if I can find a baked doughnut recipe for you that's just as good! Have a beautiful day! :-) Amy
