biscotti Recipe
Ingredients
625g Sugar
450g Eggwhite
5g Salt
1g Vanilla – Essence
775g Flour
500g Almond whole with skin
Directions
- beat sugar and eggwhite
- add salt and vanilla
- fold in the flour
- add the almond
- bake it at 180 C
- make rolls out of it .
- slice and dry it at 140 C
- add salt and vanilla
