Directions

Put thinly sliced apples in a buttered deep pie dish; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Blend the egg, sugar, salt, cream, milk, flour and baking powder just until mixed.
Shape dough with hands to cover apple dish.
Bake at 400 degrees, 25 minutes.
When done, invert pudding on a plate; spread butter over hot apples, and sprinkle with sugar.
Cut in wedges and serve warm with cream
