Bird'S Nest Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 455 Gram (For 4) | |
| Peas | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Vermicelli | 55 Gram (For 4) | |
| Green pepper | 15 Gram (For 4) | |
| Salt | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onions | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Egg | 1 (For 4) | |
| Parsley sprigs | 2 (For 4) | |
| Lime juice to taste | ||
| Fat | 30 Gram (For 4) | |
| Lettuce | 1 Bunch (100gm) (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Boil potatoes and peas separately.
2. Mash potatoes well. 3. Chop green pepper, onions and parsley.
4. Heat a little fat, add chopped ingredients and saute.
5. Add potatoes and salt to taste.
6. Shape like eggs, stuff with boiled salted peas.
7. Coat with egg and vermicelli and deep fry in hot fat.
8. Cut into halves lengthwise and set in lettuce leaves to resemble a bird's nest.
