Bird'S Nest Soup With Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
3 bird's nest
1 cup shredded chicken
5 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp. wine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornflour
1/2 cup water
Directions
Soak the bird's nests overnight.
Remove from water and clean.
Boil the stock.
Add the bird's nests and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Add chicken and the seasonings and let it simmer for a further 10 minutes.
Mix cornflour with water and add to the soup.
Cook for 5 minutes and remove from fire.
Serve hot
