Bing Cherry Salad Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| Bing cherries | 1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted | |
| 1 pkg. cherry gelatin | ||
| 1 c. cherry wine | ||
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
Directions
Drain cherries, reserving 1 cup juice; heat juice to boiling.
Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid; add wine.
Fold in nuts, pineapple and cherries.
Rinse mold with cold water.
Chill until firm.
