Bing Cherry Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Bing cherries | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 package black cherry jello | ||
| 3/4 C. sherry wine | ||
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almonds | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Drain and pit cherries.
Heat 1 cup juice.
Dissolve jello in hot juice and add sherry.
When practically set, add well drained pineapple chunks and almonds.
Serves six.
When recipe is doubled, use 1 package lemon jello.
