Bing Cherry Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| Bing cherries | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| 1 3-oz. pkg. lemon jello | ||
| 1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened | ||
| Boiling water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipped cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 3-oz. pkg. cherry gelatin | ||
| 2 cup cherry juice | ||
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let thicken slightly.
Add cream cheese and whipped cream.
Dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling cherry juice.
Cool; add cherries.
Place lemon mixture in bottom of well-oiled ring mold.
Top with second mixture.
Add cream cheese and whipped cream.
Dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling cherry juice.
Cool; add cherries.
Place lemon mixture in bottom of well-oiled ring mold.
Top with second mixture.
