Bing Cherry Conserve Recipe
Ingredients
| Bing cherries | 1 3/4 Pound, halved | |
| Loganberries | 1 Quart | |
| Pineapple slice | 2 , diced | |
| Apricots | 12 | |
| Lemon - 1/2, juiced and peel, grated | ||
| Orange | 1/2 | |
| Sugar - equivalent to the weight of combined fruits | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large kettle, put together all fruits and juices; bring mixture to a boil and cook until cherries are tender.
2. Stir in sugar; boil for another 10 minutes.
FINALISING
3. Into hot sterilized jars, ladle mixture leaving 1/8 inch empty on top.
4. Using a clean and dry kitchen towel, wipe the rim of jar and adjust lid.
5. Into a canner of boiling water, place the jars and process for 5 minutes.
6. Remove jars and place over a clean towel.
7. Let the jars cool down and seal completely until they are self-sealing type.

8. Serve Bing Cherry Conserve with bread or toast.
