Billed Tuna Patties with Veggie Yogurt Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Low fat plain yogurt | 1 Carton (1l) | |
| Carrot | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dill weed | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 2 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| 1/2 cup Quaker Oat Bran hot cereal, uncooked | ||
| 1 egg white, slightly beaten | ||
| Green onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine 1/2 cup yogurt, carrot, celery, 1 tablespoon green onion and 1/4 teaspoon dill; mix well.
Cover; chill.
Combine tuna, oat bran, remaining yogurt, egg white, 2 tablespoons green onion and 1/4 teaspoon dill; mix well.
Shape to form 6 patties.
Saute in oil over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve each patty with 2 tablespoons yogurt sauce.
Cover; chill.
