Ingredients

 Low fat plain yogurt1 Carton (1l)
 Carrot1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Celery2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Green onion1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Dill weed1/4 Teaspoon
 Water2 Can (10oz), drained, flaked
 1/2 cup Quaker Oat Bran hot cereal, uncooked
 1 egg white, slightly beaten
 Green onion2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon

Directions

Combine 1/2 cup yogurt, carrot, celery, 1 tablespoon green onion and 1/4 teaspoon dill; mix well.
Cover; chill.
Combine tuna, oat bran, remaining yogurt, egg white, 2 tablespoons green onion and 1/4 teaspoon dill; mix well.
Shape to form 6 patties.
Saute in oil over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve each patty with 2 tablespoons yogurt sauce.
