Big Western Bean Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion soup mix | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 18-ounce jar baked beans in molasses sauce | ||
| 1 3 1/2-ounce package sliced smoked beef, snipped | ||
| Sweet pickle relish | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 8 hamburger buns, split and toasted | ||
Directions
In a medium saucepan combine water and the onion soup mix; let the mixture stand till softened, about 5 minutes.
In same saucepan stir in the baked beans in molasses sauce, snipped smoked beef, and the sweet pickle relish.
Cook the sandwich filling over medium heat till the mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
Spoon the hot sandwich filling into the toasted hamburger buns.
