Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 400°F before browning.

MAKING
2) In a broiler pan, brown ribs for 30-45 minutes in preheated oven. Else brown the ribs on a barbecue grill.
3) Pour off the excess fat when done.
4) In the meantime, take a saucepan and mix together rest of the ingredients in it.
5) Simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes.
6) Pour the sauce over the ribs to cover them.
7) Reduce oven temperature to 300°F and bake the ribs again for 2-3 hours, basting occasionally.
8) Continue basting with sauce as ribs darken.

SERVING
9) Serve hot.
