Korean Food: Bibimbap (비빔밥) Recipe Video

Today, I will make bibimbap. To be honest, I feel like bibimbap is a difficult Korean food to make since it needs a lot of ingredients. However because it is so delicious, it will have you comming back for more again. Plus, it is very healthy. Bibim means ‘mixing’ and Bap means ‘rice’ in Korean. So, you mix rice, various fried vegetables, raw vegetables, meat, egg, dried seaweed, and a special sauce. If you are a vegetarian, you can substitute the beef with mushrooms you like.

Editors Review

If are planning to cook a Korean dish at home, start with the iconic bibimbap, a mixed vegetable and rice dish, served in a hot stone pot. This bibimbap recipe takes long but is really many recipes folded into one and makes one attractive and delicious meal. The tasty toppings are arranged on the rice like the spokes of a colorful bicycle wheel, topped with a dollop of spicy red sauce. Mix it all together just before you eat—but not before everyone admires your culinary art project!
